Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery Dates: Delivery dates are subject to change based on brand information. Order delivery dates will be periodically updated.
  2. Cancellations: Cancellations will not be accepted if the delay in goods is due to non-compliance with the originally stated payment terms and dates.
  3. Partial Deliveries: Delivery of merchandise may be staggered across several dates according to brand releases. You will be required to collect the merchandise partially as we notify you of the quantities ready for release.
  4. Storage Charges: Storage charges may be applied if the merchandise is not collected by you or your forwarder within 10 days from the warehouse release notification.
  5. Exclusions from Prices: Prices do not include segregation, palletizing, wrapping, labeling, or up-loading.
  6. Billing for Charges: Charges will be billed within 30 days after the merchandise has been picked up.
  7. Product Modifications: Some merchandise may be decoded. Please inform us if you require photos of product modifications and all relevant details before finalizing the deal.
  8. INCOTERMS and Inspection: The INCOTERMS for this transaction are Ex Works. The merchandise will be delivered in perfect condition. The client will have 60 days from receipt of the notification that the order is available for pickup to inspect the goods. In case of any discrepancies or damage to the product, the buyer must provide a detailed report, including photos, videos, or any other evidence that can help identify the source of the issue. This documentation may be used to process a claim with the original supplier, if necessary. We are not responsible for customs procedures.
  9. Deposit as a Guarantee: The deposit serves as a guarantee of the order. If an order or part of it is not picked up during the season, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a penalty.
  10. The final full set of documents, including the final invoice and packing list, is issued 2 weeks after receiving the final payment.
